- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsps butter
- 3 crushed peeled garlic cloves
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
- 2 cups red chicory leaves
- 1 blood orange peeled cut into quarters
- 2 tbsps Maille® Hot Honey Dijon Mustard
