Ingredients List
  1. 1 hoagie roll, halved lengthwise
  2. 1 tbsp. Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Light Mayo
  3. 2 tbsp. olive oil vinaigrette dressing
  4. 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves, chopped, loosely packed
  5. 2 ounces cooked chicken, sliced
  6. 1/4 medium yellow bell pepper, grilled and sliced
  7. 1/3 cup mushrooms, grilled and sliced
  8. 2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 slice red onion, grilled

1. Preheat oven 350°.

2. Combine Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Light Mayonnaise, dressing and basil in small bowl; evenly spread on roll. Layer roll with remaining ingredients. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake 4 minutes or until cheese melts slightly.
