  2. 1/2 Bimi broccoli
  3. 2 small zucchinis
  4. 4 pizza dough bases
  5. Tomato chili dip (https://us.maille.com/blogs/recipes/tomato-chilli-dip-or-sauce)
  6. 3.5 oz jambugo Iberico ham
  7. Pecorino cheese
  8. 4 tablespoons Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard

1. Preheat an oven on 225 degrees C

2. Divide the tomato chili dip over the pizza dough bases, add the vegetables and bake in the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the dough is cooked and starts to color.

3. Garnish with the pecorino cheese, Maille Honey Dijon Mustard and Iberico ham.

4. Cut each vegetable into even sized pieces and blanche them.
