Ingredients List
  1. 3 large cucumbers peeled seeded coarsely chopped
  2. 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  3. 1 cup vegetable stock
  4. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  5. 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
  6. 1 tsp lime juice
  7. 1 clove garlic
  8. Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  9. 2 cups cubed French bread
  10. 2 1/2 tsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  11. 2 1/2 tsp olive oil
  12. 1/2 tsp kosher salt

1. Preheat oven to 400∘.

2. Process cucumbers, yogurt, stock, mint, dill, lime juice and garlic in blender in batches until smooth, about 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Chill at least 1 hour.

3. Combine bread, Maille Dijon Originale mustard, olive oil and sea salt in medium bowl. Turn onto baking sheet in single layer. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Let cool on wire rack.
