Ingredients List
- 1 Tbsp. Knorr ® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor or 1 Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cube, crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. Maille ® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small red onion, chopped, rinsed and drained
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions
Print1. Combine Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor and water in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot.
2. Scrape into a large bowl and whisk in mustard then vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil until blended. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine; cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
