Ingredients List
  1. 1 Tbsp. Knorr ® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor or 1 Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cube, crumbled
  2. 1 Tbsp. water
  3. 2 tsp. Maille ® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard
  4. 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  5. 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  6. 1 small red onion, chopped, rinsed and drained
  7. 2 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) black beans, rinsed and drained
  8. 3 medium plum tomatoes, chopped
  9. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  10. Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

1. Combine Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor and water in small microwave-safe bowl and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot.

2. Scrape into a large bowl and whisk in mustard then vinegar. Slowly whisk in olive oil until blended. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine; cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
