Ingredients List
  1. 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
  2. 1 ripe avocado
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  4. 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  5. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  7. 1 tbsp nori flakes
  8. broccoli sprouts
  9. Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  10. fresh ciabatta sliced
  11. drizzle of olive oil

Print

1. Drain and rinse 1 can of chickpeas. Place all ingredients except the sprouts, mustard, and bread in a blender and pulse. Pulse lightly to bring together but leave some bigger pieces of chickpeas

2. Slice the ciabatta and spread a layer of Maille Dijon Originale mustard on the bread.

3. Top with avocado chickpea spread, layer with sprouts, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
