Ingredients List
  1. 2 lbs. potatoes, peeled, if desired, and cut into chunks
  2. 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise Real Mayo
  3. 1 tbsp. white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  4. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  5. 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  7. 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  8. 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish or or chopped dill pickles (optional)

Directions

1. COVER potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender; drain and cool slightly.

2. COMBINE Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
