Ingredients List
- 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Vegan Dressing and Spread
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus, steamed, then cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 box (10 oz.) frozen green peas, thawed and drained
Directions
