Ingredients List
  1. 2 red chicories
  2. 1 pear
  3. 1 chicken breast
  4. 2 cups rocket
  5. 1 cup olive oil
  6. 1/2 cup Maille white balsamic condiment
  7. 4 tbsps Maille® Dijon Original Mustard

1. Halve the chicken breast and smear with 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard, grill in a hot grill with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and cook until well done throughout (not pink), remove and place aside on a plate.
