Ingredients List
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 large tomatoes chopped
- 1 can (15 oz) pigeon peas, rinsed and drained
- 5 cups water
- 2 Knorr® Bouillon Cubes Tomato With Chicken Flavor or 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Bouillon Chicken
- 1/2 tsp annatto or artichoke paste
- 2 cup uncooked rice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
DIRECTIONS

Heat oil in large heavy saucepan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat and cook green pepper, ham, onion, green onions and garlic, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
