- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) pinto beans
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) cut green beans
- 1 package Knorr® Cheddar Broccoli Rice Side
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Directions
Print1. Heat oil in large skillet over high heat. Slice red onion and rinse and drain beans. Add beans and onions to skillet and cook 4 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2. Add 2 cups water and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Rice to same skillet and bring to a boil. Cover and cook 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. Stir reserved bean mixture into Rice and cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in red wine vinegar.
