- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 package Knorr® Creamy Chicken Rice Side
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 4 slices bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
Directions
Print1. MELT margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken and onion, stirring frequently, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. PREPARE Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cook time.
3. STIR in chicken and onion. Sprinkle with bacon.
