- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 large onion, finely chopped, (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Knorr ® Beef flavored Bouillon Cube (s)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp. pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds, (optional)
- 3 cups cooked brown rice or white rice
Directions
Print1. Brown beef with onion in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in tomatoes and Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon and cook 2 minutes. Stir in water, raisins and olives and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Sprinkle, if desired, with toasted slivered almonds and serve with rice.
