Ingredients List
  1. 2 cups water
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 2 cups diced ham
  4. 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
  5. 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  6. 1 can (8.75 oz.) cream-style corn, undrained
  7. 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
  8. 1/4 tsp. salt
  9. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  10. Crumbled queso fresco cheese

1. Bring all ingredients except cilantro and queso fresco to a boil in a large saucepot, stirring occasionally.

2. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

3. Serve garnished with cilantro and queso fresco.
