Ingredients List
  1. 12 oz dried rice noodles
  2. 3/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayo Spread & Dressing
  3. 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
  4. 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  5. 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  6. 3 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage
  7. 1 cup shredded carrots
  8. 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1. COOK rice noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool.

2. WHISK together Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Plant Based Mayonnaise Dressing, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil in large bowl.

3. Gently stir in rice noodles, cabbage, carrots and cilantro. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
