- 1 package Knorr® Leek recipe mix
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or water
- 1 1/2 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
Directions
Print1. Combine Knorr® Leek recipe mix, water, wine and potatoes in large saucepan. Cover and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce heat and simmer covered until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
3. Cool slightly, then process potato mixture in a blender or food processor, in batches, until smooth. Stir in milk just before serving. Season with salt and pepper if desired.
