Ingredients List
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 1 medium red onion
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg Knorr® Family Size Rice Sides Spanish Rice
Directions
Print1. Thinly slice pepper and onion and chop tomato. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked. Remove, set aside.
2. Add pepper and onion to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in tomato, reserved chicken and Knorr® Ready to Heat Spanish Style Rice. Cook 1 minute or until well blended and heated through.
