Cook up Knorr’s delicious Halibut Veracruz made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

Ingredients List
  1. 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  2. 2 medium orange bell pepper or red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  3. 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
  4. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  5. 2 Tbsp. Knorr® Bouillon Cubes Tomato With Chicken Flavor
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 bay leaf
  8. 1/2 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, halved
  9. 1/4 cup drained capers, coarsely chopped
  10. 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley leaves
  11. 6 halibut or cod or sea bass filets (about 2 lbs)

1. Heat olive oil in a large, deep non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook next 3 ingredients about 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in Knorr ® Tomato and Chicken flavor Bouillon and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and arrange halibut in skillet. Simmer covered 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove bay leaf before serving.
