  2. 3 poblano pepper, roasted *, peeled and seeded
  3. 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
  4. 1/4 cup margarine
  5. 1 tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Bouillon Chicken Flavor
  6. 3 cloves garlic
  7. 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  8. 1 package (16 oz.) fettuccine, cooked and drained

1. Blend all ingredients except fettuccine in blender or food processor until smooth. Turn into 2-quart saucepan over medium-low heat and heat through. Serve over hot fettuccine and garnish, if desired, with chopped tomatoes.
