
Shrimp Scampi Over Rice
Cook up Knorr’s delicious Shrimp Scampi Over Rice made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!
Ingredients List
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. uncooked large shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 package Knorr® Herb & Butter Rice Side, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging
- 1/2 lb. green beans or (10 oz.) frozen cut green beans, prepared according to the instructions on the packaging
Directions
Print1. Season shrimp, if desired, with salt and pepper. Melt 1 Tbsp. margarine in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
2. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove skillet from heat and stir in lemon juice and remaining 1 Tbsp. margarine until Spread is melted.
3. Stir into hot Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Herb & Butter with green beans.
