  1. 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  2. 1 can (16 oz.) pinto beans, undrained
  3. 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  4. 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
  5. 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, divided

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Process Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, chili powder and beans in food processor until almost smooth. Stir in chilis and 1/2 cup cheese. Turn into shallow 1-quart casserole.

3. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Stir, then top with 1/2 cup remaining cheese. Bake an additional 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish, if desired, with your favorite taco toppings.
