- MEATBALLS:
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Knorr® Granulated Zero Salt Roasted Garlic Bouillon
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- BOK CHOY /SAUCE:
- 1 lb. bok choy, ends trimmed, then roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Knorr® Granulated Zero Salt Roasted Garlic Bouillon
Directions
Print1. For MEATBALLS, combine meatball ingredients except oil in large bowl until well blended. Form into 16 meatballs. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook meatballs, 2 minutes. Turn and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer, turning meatballs to brown all sides.
2. For BOK CHOY/SAUCE, add bok choy and water to same skillet; cover and cook on medium heat until bok choy leaves are wilted and stems are softened, about 4 minutes. Stir in honey, soy sauce and Knorr® Zero Salt Bouillon Roasted Garlic. Cook, uncovered, on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are thoroughly cooked and a sauce forms.
