- 1 1/4 ounces chorizo, diced
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 package Knorr ® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) no salt added chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Print1. COOK chorizo in large skillet until starting to crisp.
2. POUR in water and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice and bring to a boil.
3. STIR in beans, peas (if using) and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.
4. SEASON to taste with black pepper. Serve with a little extra smoked paprika if desired. Dig in!
