Ingredients List
  1. 1 1/4 ounces chorizo, diced
  2. 1 3/4 cups water
  3. 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice
  4. 1 can (15.5 oz.) no salt added chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
  5. 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
  6. 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  7. Ground black pepper to taste

Directions

1. COOK chorizo in large skillet until starting to crisp.

2. POUR in water and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice and bring to a boil.

3. STIR in beans, peas (if using) and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.

4. SEASON to taste with black pepper. Serve with a little extra smoked paprika if desired. Dig in!
