Ingredients List
  1. 2 cloves garlic
  2. 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) chick peas or garbanzos or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
  3. 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1/2 cup olive oil
  6. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  7. 1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Directions

1. Process garlic until finely chopped in food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours.

2. Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional Olive Oil. Serve with your favorite dippers.
