Ingredients List
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 cans (15 oz. ea.) chick peas or garbanzos or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
- 1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Directions
Print1. Process garlic until finely chopped in food processor. Add remaining ingredients; process until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours.
2. Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1 to 2 tablespoons additional Olive Oil. Serve with your favorite dippers.
